 I wanted to let you know that myself, and three other co-workers were impressed with your presentation.  Not only was it funny, but we appreciated coming out of there with actual tools that we could implement right away.  I was so keen I went home, and over a glass of wine, try out the power questions and E+R=O on my husband who was wrangling with a problem.  It was amazing to see the lights go off in his mind as he was having an aha moment.  It also gave me the confidence to try them out with my clients.
